La Firme is a multidisciplinary team of designers, graphic artists, architects and contractors. We are creative, curious and rigorous young people. We carry out made-to-measure residential and corporate projects, customized furniture and fully integrated branding solutions. Whether a duplex or a country house, a lamp or a sofa, a signage or a complete visual identity, our creative achievements combine accuracy, technical refinement and aesthetics. We offer a turnkey service and take care of every phase of a project, regardless of its size. From the selection of suppliers and materials, all our recommendations are based on humane, ecological and economic criteria.

Louis Béliveau studied Industrial Design at the Université de Montréal and Environmental Design at the Université du Québec à Montréal. After working in furniture and interior design for renowned studios in Montreal, Louis co-founded La Firme in 2009. Under his leadership, the company quickly garnered attention for its “out-of-bounds,” hands-on approach. In the last four years, Louis has won three coveted Design & Architecture awards in the Bar & Restaurant Category.

Pierre Julien has a bachelor's degree in Studio Arts from Concordia University in Montreal, where he cultivated his taste for aesthetics and a great attention to detail. Combining his artistic practice with his passion for architecture, he co-founded La Firme with Louis Béliveau in 2009. As a general contractor, he supervises all of La Firme's worksites, ensuring that the result of the work respects the intentions of the design team and customer expectations. The design-build process allows them to put their artistic sensibility to the benefit of a rigorous construction, focused on design and creativity.

Jérôme Codère graduated with a master's degree in architecture at the University of Montreal in 2015. His interest in the theme of northernness led him to pursue his career in landscape architecture at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design. He then remained in Norway for several years where he worked as an architect for various agencies. Returning to Montreal in early 2018, he obtained his title of the Order of Architects of Quebec in 2021.

 

Justine Chartier graduated from the master's degree in architecture at the University of Montreal in 2018. She obtained her title from the Order of Architects of Quebec in 2024. Her various professional experiences allow her to develop an approach centered on the client and their needs, in which the conceptual quality is in constant dialogue with the technical aspect of construction. She’s interested in the environmental strategies increasingly available on the market, with a view to participating in the creation of a sustainable built environment.

Samuel Fournier completed his master's degree in architecture at the University of Montreal in 2021. Passionate about design, he pays particular attention to detail at all scales and stages of the project. He uses his conceptual rigor and his interest in the technical aspect of construction in each of the projects in which he participates.

Simon Plasse completed his studies in Environmental Design at the University of Quebec in Montreal. His artistic practice then led him to participate in the production of sets for several shows of international stature. Combining his technical and aesthetic skills with great attention to detail, he has acted for the past few years as a project manager within La Firme. He ensures the smooth running of our construction sites and maintains precision between design and construction.

Hercule Brochu is a project manager for La Firme. Great professional in the construction industry for 20 years. He specializes in high-end projects.
