This 1930 triplex in the Plateau Mont-Royal was turned into an undivided co-ownership property in the ‘90s. The owner of the third floor approached us with the mandate “to revamp the place”. To maximize the space, we tore down a few partition walls and reorganized the kitchen into an agreeable living space boasting a multifunctional kitchen island.
